Vintage Air Gen-V Mini defrost evaporator kits are universal electronic climate control systems designed to fit a wide variety of vehicles including street rods, early pickups, and European and Japanese cars.
These mini defrost evaporator kits feature a molded case with high-capacity coil and variable speed blower for rapid interior cooldown, plus variable temperature adjustment to ensure "just right" temperatures all year long. With the increased performance and features, Vintage Air Gen-V systems are compatible with all Gen 5 Builder Series and SureFit control panel options. Each kit includes mounting brackets, defrost ducts, wiring harness, duct hose, and heater control valve.

* High-torque OEM stepper motor-controlled blend air doors and heater control valve
* Block-type expansion valve for precise refrigerant flow metering
* High performance variable speed blower assembly
* Microprocessor controlled coil temperature to eliminate external thermostat
* Large 2.5 in. duct hose outlets for superior airflow delivery and performance
