UMI Performance Adjustable Extended Length Lower Control Arms
UMI adjustable extended length lower control arms are designed to properly center the rear wheels in your Impala SS wheelwells. Here's how they work--the control arms extend 5/8 in., but the adjustment allows you to lengthen or shorten them an additional 1/4 in. to perfectly center your car's rear-end. Built from 0.120 in. thick DOM steel tubing, these adjustable lower control arms are CNC-machined and contoured for exact tolerances and accuracy. The control arms attach to the rear-end using chromoly PTFE-lined spherical bearing rod ends, which operate bind-free when high handling is a concern and feature the correct provisions for adding stock or aftermarket sway bars.
