US Motor Works Max Cooling Kits

US Motor Works Max Cooling Kits combine a mechanical water pump and a fan clutch to optimize functionality and efficiency. These kits are designed for vehicles where the fan clutch is mounted to the water pump and operates on the water pump shaft.

Reinstalling a worn fan clutch on a new water pump can damage and destroy the water pump, and vice-versa. Their interconnected nature is often overlooked, but Max Cooling Kits allow mechanics and DIY consumers the opportunity to restore engine cooling power in one step.

US Works Max Cooling Kits feature:

* A new water pump that meets or exceeds OEM specifications to provide optimum cooling with performance and longevity
* Quality mounting gasket and other accessories (seals/gaskets) necessary to complete the installation
* Case hardened bearings meet OE radial torque and axial load requirements; they have higher load capacities, are tough on the outside, yet flexible on the inside to withstand imbalance or vibration
* Mounting surfaces are CNC-machined for easy installation, precise sealing, long component life, and maximum efficiency
* Most have metal impellers that handle more torque and higher temperatures than plastic to improve high-rpm performance and combat broken or distorted impellers
* Highly durable metal impellers are also chemical-resistant, work well in high-mileage engines, and are better for transit and storage
* A new fan clutch designed with quality in mind and tested to meet or exceed OEM specifications; precision-machined, made with high-load bearings, and improved shaft design
