Trans-Dapt Performance sandwich adapters let you add an oil cooler without relocating the filter. Cooler oil helps your engine run at its best. These sandwich adapters mount to the stock oil filter location on your block and use o-ring seals for the best possible, leak-free seal. Depending on your application, some Trans-Dapt oil adapters are equipped with either a pressure or temperature responsive bypass valve to reduce the risk of oil starvation during extreme cold start situations.
