TeraFlex Falcon Sport Leveling Systems

TeraFlex Falcon Sport leveling systems are available for daily drivers and tow/haul packages. The first delivers increased stability and control, as well as improved ride quality and comfort both on and off-road. The second features adjustable piggyback rear shocks that allow you to select from three settings for towing and hauling capabilities. Both Falcon Sport leveling systems have shocks engineered with Zone Rate Tuning (ZRT) and Volume Optimized Damping (VOD). Order the kit recommended for your vehicle.

TeraFlex Falcon Sport systems include:

Front components:

* Leveling monotube shock absorbers with fixed rate damping optimized for on and off-road driving
* Progressive microcellular "foam" bump stops
* Billet coil spring carrier
* Injection molded squeak-free spring isolator
* All necessary hardware

Rear components:

* Piggyback shock absorbers with fixed rate damping optimized for on and off-road driving
* Tow/Hauling system has adjustable piggyback shocks with fast adjust knob with three compression settings for large damping adjustments--comfort and control, moderate tow/haul, and heavy tow/haul
* Progressive microcellular "foam" bump stops
* Bump stop cups
* Roost guards
* All necessary hardware

All Falcon shocks feature:

* Optimized fitment for clearance during full suspension travel
* 2.25 in. shock body provides optimal performance
* 6061-T6 aluminum alloy shock body resists wear and protects internal components, while providing superior heat dissipation
* Smooth honed internal shock body surface for long-term performance
* 3/4 in. induction hardened chrome plated shaft resists rock damage and corrosion, as well as prevents shaft buckling
* Maximum shaft diameter allows for more precise tuning
* Hard anodized billet piston
* One-piece PTFE bronze piston wear band with O-ring
* Inline OGS (Oil/Gas Separator) prevents cavitation
* Red Line full synthetic shock oil with high viscosity index of 519 for consistent performance across all temperatures and reduced shock fade
* 1,000 hour salt spray corrosion resistance test on all hardware
* Serviceable and rebuildable (factory serviced)
