Trail-Gear offers fully built Rock Assault front and rear axles made of entirely new parts and customized to your choices. They include everything needed from hub-to-hub, and are expertly assembled by TG's master mechanics. Front and Rear Rock Assault fully built axles feature:

* 5/16 in. thick, high-strength DOM axle tubes that engage 5/8 in. further into the center section and the 360-degree gusset welded around the tubes on the inside of the housing
* Axle tubes have been offset above the housing centerline to allow the inner axles to ride near the bottom of the axle tubes rather than in the center
* Increase of 3/8 in. ground clearance under the axle tubing
* Heavy-duty, press-formed, 1/4 in. plate steel center section shell is specially shaped to ensure a minimum of 3/4 in. additional clearance under the differential
* Differential mounting surface is made from 1/2 in. plate steel

* Rock Assault axle housing
* Complete rear disc brake kit
* Chromoly axle shafts
* Bearing pockets
* Rear axle bearing service kit
* All necessary nuts and studs
* Outer offset flanges are made from 4130 chromoly to prevent distortion or bending
* Housings are precision aligned using start-of-the-art, 3D digital imaging equipment
