Turbosmart Turbocharger Flanges

Turbosmart turbocharger flanges are precision-machined metal rings used to connect the turbocharger to your engine's exhaust system or charge pipes without leaks. They provide a secure, airtight seal for the turbo's inlet and outlet ports, allowing the hot exhaust gases to flow smoothly while handling extreme pressure and heat.

* How They Work:
-- Think of a flange as a rigid metal puzzle piece. One side is welded to your exhaust pipe or manifold, and the matching side is part of the turbocharger. When you press them together and clamp them tight, they lock the parts into place so exhaust gas or boosted air cannot escape.

* Types of Turbosmart Flanges:
-- V-Band Flanges: These use a V-shaped clamp that wraps around the two circular flanges, squeezing them together. They are popular because they're easy to install, take up very little space, and can be removed quickly for maintenance.
-- T3 and T4 Flanges: These are rectangular metal plates with holes for bolts. They're mostly used to bolt the turbocharger directly to the exhaust manifold. They always require a special heat-resistant gasket to seal properly.
-- Wastegate Flanges: Turbosmart is famous for its wastegates (parts that control turbo boost pressure). These flanges allow you to weld the wastegate securely into your exhaust system

* Why Quality Matters:
