Turbosmart Turbocharger Gaskets

Turbosmart turbocharger gaskets are specialized seals that sit between the metal parts of your turbocharged engine's air and exhaust system. They act like heavy-duty stickers or "stoppers" that fill tiny gaps between connecting pipes. This keeps boost pressure—the extra power your turbo makes—from leaking out into the open air. Because turbo parts get incredibly hot, these gaskets must handle extreme heat and intense pressure.

Turbosmart makes a variety of gaskets for different parts of a turbo system:

* Turbine Inlet Gaskets: These seal the connection where the exhaust gas flows from the engine into the turbocharger. They're usually made of strong stainless steel to handle the hot, rushing exhaust.
* Blow-Off Valve (BOV) Gaskets: These seal the spot where the blow-off valve connects to the engine pipes. Blow-off valves release extra air to protect the turbo when you let off the gas. These gaskets keep the system airtight so you do not lose power.
* Wastegate Gaskets: A wastegate is a part that controls how much exhaust flows into the turbo to manage power. Gaskets here ensure it seals correctly so your car runs smoothly without losing boost.
