It provides the same excellent gloss, leveling, blending, and buffing characteristics as our standard 2-stage clear coats, so you can meet strict volatile organic compound standards without sacrificing quality. It's fast-drying, easy-to-apply, and requires mixing in a 4:1 ratio with Summit Racing™ 2.1 VOC clear coat hardener.
