Beef up those aging factory torque boxes with Summit Racing™ torque box reinforcement plates so your Pony car can plant more power to the pavement! Over time, the torque boxes in the rear area of your Mustang—where the upper and lower control arms attach to the chassis—can easily become fatigued and begin to crack. This can be harmful to your driveline and overall performance in both track and drag racing environments. These Summit Racing™ carbon steel torque box reinforcement plates help to stiffen up your vehicle's rear-end for maximized strength and durability. They are available for a range of applications from 1979 and up.
