Notes:
Date code 4th week of 1970. 1.2-1.5 ohm ballast resistor recommended for improved performance & ignition system component longevity over stock .5-.7 ohm units. Mopar Authentic Restoration Product.
Use variable-resistance ballast resistor SMP-RU-37 or SMP-RU4 (2-terminal) or SMP-RU12 (4-terminal). Be aware that ballast resistors having a fixed .5 ohm resistance will damage & shorten the service life of this or any other ignition coil due to the excessive primary current being supplied.
