Summit Racing™ SPC Engine Blocks

Summit Racing™ SPC Big Blocks are aftermarket Engine Blocks made for "Street, Performance, or Competition." These brand new aftermarket blocks have numerous performance improvements from the original Big Block design we all love. They are cast in a modern state-of-the-art German foundry on brand new molds and machined in USA on modern high-speed machining centers. We ship these blocks mostly finished but leave the cylinder bore .005" undersize, your machine shop will have to hone them for proper size. This block is a great foundation for your next big inch street or bracket engine build. They are loaded with tons of performance features-Check them out below-

• Cast in Germany at a Tier 1 OEM foundry on brand new tooling from class 35 Iron Alloy, Higher tensile strength and harder than competitors' class 30
• Machine-finished in USA on precision hi-speed machining centers- All dimensions are held to very close blueprint tolerances
• 598 or 632 Cu in. Capacity, 4.630 in. Max bore, 4.750 in. Max stroke
• 4-bolt Nodular Steel main caps, all 5 positions, ½ in.180,00 PSI main bolts included
• Standard 9.800 in. deck height and optional 10.200 in. Tall deck available
• Siamese Cylinder Walls .330 in. nominal at max bore 6.300 or 6.700 in. Cylinder skirt lengths
• 7/16 Blind Head bolt holes, additional lugs for 17 and 18th head bolt holes standard
• 4.500 in. or 4.600 in. Bores finished to -.005 in. undersize, Machine Shop Hone to fit
• Cast in stroker clearance for 4.750" using steel rods
• Priority main oiling system feeds oil to main bearings first
• Stroker Oil pan bolt holes drilled beside main caps for heavily clearanced blocks
