Step-nose for roller blocks. Billet cams require a melonized or composite distributor gear and a bronze tip fuel pump push rod. Piston-to-valve clearance with factory pistons is usually fine. LS firing order requires spark plug wire rerouting.

Summit Racing™ Pro BBC Big Nasty LS Firing Order hydraulic roller cams are high performance, billet steel camshafts for big block Chevys designed with the 4/7 firing order (1-8-7-3-6-5-4-2) to improve engine harmonics, reduce bearing wear, and enhance power. These cams offer advanced profiles (appx. .550-.741 lift) for improved power and require specific setups, including a cam button and modified firing order.

* 4/7 Swap/LS Firing Order: These cams update the traditional BBC firing order (1-8-7-3-6-5-4-2) to improve combustion chamber cooling and reduce detonation
