Requires disconnecting the passenger side idler arm and the power steering if so equipped. Mini starter recommended and required in some applications. Reconnect these components according to factory recommended procedure following header installation.

These hand-assembled headers include flanges that are precision laser-cut from 3/8 in. thick steel plate. A weld bead is built up and ground to a uniform thickness that's so precise, all you'll need is a bead of Permatex Ultra Black gasket maker silicone—no gaskets are required! Plus, these headers afford you that extra bit of clearance needed for complex steering setups and narrow frame rails, while still allowing adequate spark plug clearance. The headers are available in a variety of finishes and sizes for fitment on hundreds of applications.
