You'll have no more blown gaskets, warped flanges, or header exhaust problems with Sanderson blockhugger headers. They feature a patented, leak-free flange design that works! With over 50 years of American-made know-how, Sanderson Headers have one of the tightest engine block fits available. These hand-assembled headers include flanges that are precision laser-cut from 3/8 in. thick steel plate. A weld bead is built up and ground to a uniform thickness that's so precise, all you'll need is a bead of Permatex Ultra Black gasket maker silicone—no gaskets are required! Plus, these headers afford you that extra bit of clearance needed for complex steering setups and narrow frame rails, while still allowing adequate spark plug clearance. The headers are available in a variety of finishes and sizes for fitment on hundreds of applications.
