These Summit® differential support covers have a heat-treated aluminum body which helps keep bearings and ring gears in place. Also, the incorporated, adjustable load bolts prevent cap movement and breakage, and ensure proper pinion depth and backlash.

Good pic! Not as great as I hoped, but not as bad as I feared. Considering it will never be a race-ready axle (7.5"), the product is acceptable for use and better than factory. see the real professional (Gale Banks) show a complete breakdown of a properly designed diff cover. are the summit covers also supplied with ARP bolts like the one from Trickflow? looks like they are all the same cover...

The cover came with all necessary bolts for installation. Unknown if they are ARP manufacture. 12 point head with a flange built in 5/16 NC x 1 1/4" 10@, gasket, 2@ 1/2" special bolts for pressure on bearing caps with lock nuts. Complete package. Works for me.

Very high quality, excellent casting and machining

Fit and machining are spot on. Used on a 1994 Firebird Formula with stock rear sway bar and adjustable panhard bar with no fitment issues. Should also clear most larger sway bars. The only issue with the unit shipped was with the gasket which I wouldn't use anyway. Looks like the material shifted in the cutting jig, as the gasket is slightly out of round and bolt holes don't line up. The Fel-Pro gasket is less than $10 locally and I already had one so no big deal. I plan to buy the Summit/ TFS unit for my 92 C1500 as well. And yes, the fasteners are ARP, plus 2 extra grade 5 no-name bolts for parking brake cable brackets if needed. I'm cleaning up and re-using the black oxide factory bolts for those 2.
