SpeedFactory Racing Billet AWD Case Locks

SpeedFactory Racing B-Series AWD case locks are precision-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum reinforcement parts. They act as an external outer case brace for high-power Honda© B-Series AWD manual transmissions to prevent the mainshaft support bearing area from blowing out during extreme gear or shaft failures.

Purpose and function:

* Stops case blowouts: Reinforces the weak, thin section of the factory cast outer transmission case right above the mainshaft support bearing
* Limits shaft separation: Acts like an external handcuff to keep the transmission housing intact if an internal gear or mainshaft breaks under high horsepower
* Saves parts: Contains severe damage so that only the broken internal shaft or gear needs replacement instead of destroying the entire transmission case and gearset

Design and use:

* Material: Made from solid 6061-T6 billet aluminum via CNC-machining
* Target audience: Built for high-horsepower turbocharged street cars and drag race setups (such as high-output Honda© B-AWD builds)
* Installation: Bonded onto a thoroughly cleaned OEM outer case using heavy-duty epoxy (like J-B Weld) to fill gaps, sometimes secured with minor perimeter tack welds
