The SpeedFactory Racing 4140 cylinder head stud kits are designed to provide superior clamping force, preventing cylinder head lift and head gasket failure in high-performance, forced induction (turbo/supercharged) Honda®/Acura® engines. The studs maintain a tight seal on the cylinder head under extreme boost, crucial for preventing combustion gases from escaping. The 4140 steel head studs resist stretching far better than OEM head bolts, essential for high-horsepower reliability.
