Spicer Drivetrain Products Drive Axle Bushings

Spicer Drivetrain Products offers drive axle bushings for a variety of applications, including Dana 30/44 axles from the 1980s, '90s, and 2000s. These genuine original equipment components act as critical wear surfaces and alignment guides inside a vehicle's drive axle. They reduce metal-to-metal friction, minimize vibration, and ensure smooth rotation of the axle shafts.

These bushings fulfill several specific roles within your vehicle's drivetrain:

* Disconnect axle support: Many Spicer bushings support and align the inner axle shafts on the passenger side of front disconnect axles (common in Jeep Wranglers and Cherokees)
* Axle pivot support: Certain bushings mount to the axle beam and frame, absorbing suspension forces and allowing smooth articulation in twin-traction beam suspensions
* Friction reduction: They provide a precise fit to prevent unwanted lateral play, which preserves the life of your axle seals and prevents fluid leaks
* Dana Spicer bushings are engineered to meet strict, rigorous OE specifications for strength and durability. Because they operate under heavy loads and harsh environments, worn bushings can result in front-end vibrations, accelerated seal wear, or disconnected axle failures
