Overview
Rock Krawler Adventure X Mid-Arm Suspension Lift Kits
Rock Krawler Adventure X Series mid-arm suspension lift kits are engineered for Jeep JL and JT owners who want a bolt-in suspension system that delivers excellent road manners and serious off-road articulation. These systems earn the "X" name by including eight adjustable control arms equipped with service-free Adventure Series joint packages to reduce factory arm bind and provide misalignment settings for smoother flex and increased wheel travel. With extensive adjustability built in, these kits allow precision tuning of caster and pinion angle front and rear to help restore proper suspension geometry after lifting. Application-specific spring correction pads/seats and track-bar geometry corrections help center the axles and maintain predictable on-road handling. Get a lift system that is designed to flex hard on the trail, then track straight on the drive home when you order the Rock Krawler Adventure X Series mid-arm suspension lift kit best suited for your application.
More product features, items, and notes include:
* Offered at multiple lift heights so you can choose the stance and tire clearance that matches your build; availability varies by application
* Choose the shock package that fits your build: no shocks, Bilstein shocks (B51 suffixes), or their in-house RRD 2.25 in. IFP shocks (S1 suffixes); availability varies by application
* Listed components vary slightly by lift height/shock package
* Adjustable control arms with Adventure Series joint packages provide up to 70 degrees of misalignment
* JT systems commonly pair triple-rate front with quad-rate rear coils; other systems will typically use all triple-rate
* System architecture designed to be a base for future suspension expansion, including long arm upgrades, if desired
* Improved rear roll center
* Gen-II sway bar links
* Bump stops are included with shock-equipped kits; no-shock versions require bump stops to be purchased separately
* Tire size can affect wheel backspace recommendations and require trimming of full OE-style fenders
* Bump stop height of 2 or 3 in. recommended for most builds (application dependent)
* If building with a spare delete, it is recommended to drop 1 in. of coil lift height for the rear
* If building an overland-style or heavily up-fitted build in the back, it is recommended to upsize 1 in. of coil lift height for the rear
* New front driveshaft recommended if you plan to off-road routinely
* XR packages do not require their raised rear track bar bracket as the factory axle has a raised rear trackbar bracket; for their systems that do not have a rear trackbar, one must be added
* All lift heights based on Rubicon models for standard style build (front bumper and winch, rear bumper, and full-size spare)
