Overview

Richmond Gear EXCel Rear Shackle Kits

Richmond Gear EXCel rear shackle kits are OEM replacement parts designed to connect a vehicle's leaf springs to its chassis, assisting the suspension system in absorbing shocks from uneven road surfaces. They are part of the EXCel product line, which provides the quality and durability associated with Richmond Gear at an affordable price point.

Key features and function:

* Suspension assistance: The shackle acts as a pivot point that allows the leaf spring to flex and compress, which is essential for a smooth ride and effective suspension function when driving over bumps, potholes, or rough terrain
* OEM quality: These kits are designed to meet or exceed original equipment manufacturer specifications, ensuring reliable performance
* Durable construction: They're made from high-quality, durable materials that have been rigorously tested for strength and longevity to withstand heavy-duty driving conditions
* Vehicle specific application: The kits are engineered to be vehicle-specific, fitting popular automotive and light truck/SUV models (such as Chevrolet Silverado, Ford F-150, and Dodge Ram) without requiring modifications like drilling for installation
* These components are manufactured using the same design, tooling, and heat-treating processes as Richmond's performance-oriented products, providing a reliable and long-lasting solution for general vehicle maintenance and repair
