Rock Jock Axle Housing Uni-Balls

Rock Jock axle housing Uni-Balls are heavy-duty replacement spherical bearings designed for 3-link front suspension setups on Jeep vehicles. They replace the factory upper control arm rubber bushing on the driver's side differential housing.

Additional details:

* Design and Function3-Link Support: Built for systems where the passenger's side upper control arm is removed, putting all upper suspension load onto one driver-side mounting point
* Heavy-Duty Hardware: Uses a 5/8 in. through-bolt hole instead of the smaller factory size
* Sealed Construction: Features a stainless steel spherical bearing inside a CNC-machined steel outer barrel with high-misalignment spacers
* Maintenance-Free: The bearing assembly is sealed, meaning it does not require regular greasing
* Installation Requirements:
-- Driver's Side Only: Installed exclusively into the cast iron loop on top of the front differential casting (driver's side)
-- Drilling Needed: Requires drilling out the control arm mounting bolt hole to 5/8 in.
-- Frame Modification: The factory frame-side upper control arm mount is usually not strong enough to handle a true single 3-link load on its own and requires upgrading (such as a 2 1/2 in. Johnny Joint bracket)
* Compatibility: Available in specific variants for stock or aftermarket differential housings (such as Rock Jock 4x4) depending on if the vehicle is a TJ, JK, JL, JT, XJ, MJ, or ZJ
