The powdercoated leaf springs are shot-peened and have PTFE inserts and pre-installed degree wedges for a factory ride and better performance. The wedges help to correct any pinion angle issues, and shot-peening the leafs before assembly ensures that you won't have sagging issues over time. All ORV U-bolts are Grade 8 and are E-coated to ensure that they can handle off-road abuse.
