Revolution Gear and Axle Discovery Series 4340 Chromoly Axles
The Revolution Gear and Axle Discovery Series 4340 chromoly axles are a heavy duty upgrade engineered for serious off road use and high torque applications where factory axles fall short. Built from premium 4340 chromoly steel, these axle shafts deliver significantly increased strength, impact resistance, and torsional durability, helping reduce the risk of axle failure under large tires, lockers, and aggressive terrain. Precision machined and heat treated for consistent performance, the Discovery Series is designed to handle extreme loads while maintaining proper spline engagement and smooth power transfer.
