Pacific Performance Engineering Exhaust Manifold Hardware

Pacific Performance Engineering offers exhaust manifold hardware for a variety of applications, including many Chevy, GMC, Dodge, and Ram from 2017 and up. Upgrade the rusty or broken manifold bolts on your Cummins 5.9L/6.7L or GM 6.6L Duramax L5P. Over time, repetitive heat cycles can take a toll on factory bolts, causing fatigue and stretching—ultimately resulting in troublesome exhaust leaks. Each replacement stud is centerless ground and rolled with extreme precision, reducing stress concentrations and increasing durability. The use of studs and nuts allows for torque reading and more even load distribution.

Duramax kits include 16 class 10.9 chromoly alloy steel studs and nuts for both stock manifolds. Cummins kits include a dozen bolts, 12-point flange head nuts and washers. All hardware is finished in a black oxide coating for rust prevention. The hardware features a 180,000 psi tensile strength.
