PerTronix Flame-Thrower Plug and Play Marine Distributors with Ignitor III® Module
PerTronix Flame-Thrower plug-and-play marine distributors are an amazing piece of equipment that'll have your engine purring like a kitten. They're easy to install; simply connect two wires and you're ready to go. The Ignitor III® module increases spark energy, burn time, horsepower, and mileage, as well as improving combustion. Memory function stores rev limits, while built-in reverse polarity and over-current protection shuts down the system to prevent damage. PerTronix distributors feature lubricated bronze lower bushings and upper ball bearings—which work in conjunction for decreased friction and high rpm vibration—and an adjustable mechanical advance (with limiting functions) permits multiple settings. These distributors are factory set with a performance advance curve, and additional springs are provided for custom advance curves. A suppression style or spiral-wound spark plug wires must be used.
