Offenhauser Super Sonic Intake Manifolds
Offenhauser's Super Sonic intake manifolds are a refinement of their popular Port-O-Sonic intakes. They're designed specifically to take maximum advantage of the Holley 4500 on the track or strip. The big plenum and hefty runners work well together. However, the real gains come from four "paravanes" located at the bottom of the plenum, which direct the fuel/air charge for even distribution with minimum turbulence. The result is a power band that stretches from 3,400 rpm to 8,800 rpm. Super Sonic manifolds are available in a variety of configurations for different cylinder head and carburetor applications.
