Odyssey Performance Series batteries are designed to handle the increased use of on board accessories in today's vehicles. They combine long service life, high reliability, and deep cycle capabilities. Performance batteries provide all the reliability of the Odyssey Extreme Series batteries, without the high cold cranking amps or reserve capacity many people may not require. The Performance Series batteries contain flat plates made of 99.99 percent pure lead--not lead alloy, like many conventional batteries.
