Chevrolet Performance Connect and Cruise E-Rod LSA supercharged engine and transmission package details:

As in the Cadillac CTS-V Series and the Chevy Camaro ZL1, the Connect and Cruise 6.2L LSA is a supercharged powerhouse good for 556 hp. Available to harness all that power are the 4L85-E 4-speed overdrive, 4L75-E 4-speed automatic, or T56 Super Magnum 6-speed manual transmissions.

E-Rod LSA engine details:

Chevrolet Performance E-Rod LSA 6.2L 556 hp supercharged long block crate engines come complete with the engine controller and harness needed to get your engine up and running.

These impressive powerhouses bring refinement that's rare in today's high performance world, while delivering smooth, quiet, and well-balanced performance and breathtaking power. They feature a unique aluminum cylinder block casting that houses a forged steel crankshaft and integrated piston-cooling oil jets—along with high-flow cylinder heads that support the airflow enabled by a 1.9L supercharger with 4-lobe, high-twist rotors.

* 4-Speed Overdrive transmission option:

The 4L85-E model is designed to replace your OEM transmission with no modifications needed. It's a direct bolt-on for Gen-I small blocks and all big blocks. The SuperMatic 4L85-E includes clutch plates allowing you to add up to 690 lbs.-ft. of torque. (Does not include torque converter.) Other features: four gears; lockup compatible; steel stock-style pan; slip-on yoke; hardened steel 30-spline input shaft; 2.48 first gear ratio; OEM-style aluminum case.

* 4-Speed automatic transmission option:

The 4L75-E is based on the 4L65-E/4L70-E. Its 650 lbs.-ft. torque capacity makes it an alternative to the 4L80-E when space is an issue in the vehicle. The 4L75-E features 5-pinion gearsets, heat-treated stator shaft splines, induction-hardened turbine shaft, 8-friction plate 3-4 clutch, and specific valve-body calibration. It also has a unique high-strength input housing, high-capacity servo, and large 2–4 band.

* Manual transmission details:

Chevrolet Performance T-56 Super Magnum 6-speed transmissions offer the most in combined strength, versatility, and control. Plus, they're able to withstand an unbelievable torque capacity—700 lbs.-ft.—while providing crisp shifts! These beefed-up versions of the TR6060 will certainly fill your craving for high performance with larger components. Chevrolet Performance T-56 Super Magnum 6-speed transmissions combine greater strength with precision engineering to feed the passions of cruisers and track racers alike.
