Milwaukee Straight Flute Taps

Milwaukee Tools offers straight flute taps in dozens of thread sizes. Machined from steel, these taps are designed for a variety of tapping applications, such as creating or repairing clean, accurate (internal) threads. The plug taps feature long-lasting laser-etched sizing for the clearest markings and include a protective black oxide coating for corrosion resistance. The square shank is compatible with all standard tap handles or tap wrenches and is designed for through-hole threading. Engineered for durability, Milwaukee straight flute taps are designed for cutting threads in the most common metal applications, including brass, aluminum, mild steel, and more. For best results, use with cutting fluid. Taps are available individually, in sets, or in a kit.
