Designed for the performance engine builder, these innovative, patent-pending fasteners have 24 equally spaced serrations in the face of the hex head. The bolts grab and lock on to your manifold surface, virtually eliminating the chance that one might back out from vibration or because of the varying expansion rates of different metals. Mr. Gasket HEADLOCK locking header bolts are available for numerous domestic applications, including Chevrolet, Chrysler, Ford, AMC, Oldsmobile, and Pontiac. They're manufactured from stainless steel, designed to withstand tensile strengths of 150,000 pounds per square inch, and come with a bright polished finish.
