Motorcraft Tensioner Pulleys

Motorcraft tensioner pulleys are engineered to provide original equipment performance and reliability and are designed and tested to Ford's rigorous standards. Motorcraft belt tensioners must pass a 240-hour corrosion test with increased noise level, spring load change, parallelism, offset change, or out of spec damping performance. Precise alignment helps minimize belt wear and noise, and a premium aluminum casting helps resist cracks and fatigue. A bearing that is sealed for life minimizes maintenance and springs are designed for each engine/vehicle combination to ensure proper belt tension.
