This steering rack adapter fits Mustang II / Pinto style steering boxes. It is internally splined 26 teeth and a 3/4 in. O.D. Designed to fit in 7/8 in. tube with .058 in. wall.

Meziere Steering Rack Adapters

The connection between steering column and steering box may very well be one of the most crucial. Meziere steering rack adapters are used to connect a vehicle's steering column to a steering rack. They have a 3/4 in. O.D. on one end and a 9/16 in. x 26 spline on the other, and they're designed to connect to a 7/8 in. tube with a .058 in. wall. The adapters are made of raw machined 4130 steel, ready to be welded.
