Requires crank hub adapter, sold separately. Use MCH-358 with 1.500 in. thick harmonic balancer and MCH-355 with 2.125 in. thick harmonic balancer. Will not work with VVT systems. Requires (5) 6mm x 22mm button head screws for rear water pump plate.
