Notes:

When installing a double roller timing chain and gears in an LS engine, the oil pump is spaced out from the block for clearance. On most applications, this will create a clearance issue between the timing cover and oil pump. Test fit and grind as needed for clearance, before final assembly.

Manley timing chain sets are designed to provide consistent, accurate timing for your high performance engine. They feature a fully machined billet-steel camshaft and crankshaft sprockets, a full double-roller chain using .250 in. diameter rollers, and adjustable keyway crankshaft sprockets that are machined for and include either a brass wear shim or Torrington thrust bearing.
