LuK RepSet 2CT Clutch Kits

An increasing number of vehicle manufacturers are using double clutch transmission technology, enabling comfortable gear changes without interruption of traction power, while at the same time reducing fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. Like almost every clutch, the double clutch can also wear out. However, replacement is not possible without special tools. This is because the double clutch is firmly meshed in the gearbox bell and must be removed together with the gearbox.

LuK RepSet 2CT clutch kits offer a unique repair solution for dry and wet double clutches. With a LuK kit and the corresponding special tool, repair shops can repair double clutches quickly and professionally. Besides the double clutch, LuK RepSet 2CT kits contain all the precisely matched components in OEM quality which are necessary for the replacement of the respective double clutch system. These include guide sleeves, retaining rings, fixing screws and lever actuators, or engagement levers and engagement bearings.
