Knipex CoBolt Compact Bolt Cutters

Knipex CoBolt compact bolt cutters require 60 percent less effort than conventional high-leverage diagonal cutters. Their ingenious lever-action mechanism ensures an extremely favorable lever ratio with very little friction. The cutting force is about 20 times higher than the hand force applied.

Features include:

* Black phosphate finish with plastic-coated or multi-component handles
* Induction-hardened edges cut hard, soft, and piano wire
* Cuts bolts, nails, and rivets up to 0.205 in. (5.2mm) diameter
* Exceptional cutting performance with minimum effort because of new lever-action design
* Cutting edge hardness approximately 64 HRC
* Chrome vanadium, heavy-duty steel construction, forged and multi-stage oil-hardened
* Micro-structured cutting edges allow easy cutting of large cross-sections
* Gripping surface below the joint for gripping and pulling wires from 0.039 in. (1.0 mm) diameter
* Select cutters available with integral tether attachment point
