Their semi-circular and grooved metal holding clamps provide an excellent grip on most insulation, while the parabolic stripping blade delivers an exact cut. These tools offer several adjustable parts, an easily replaceable blade cassette, and comfortable operation with an ergonomic dual-component handle.
Knipex PreciStrip16 wire stripping tools feature:
* Optimum fine adjustments using the tuning wheel with its tactile locking positions for special requirements, such as particularly hard or soft insulation materials
* Cable cutter on the top side for up to 5 AWG wire
* Tether attachment point (suitable for Knipex tethered tools)
* Adjustable-length stop for repeatable precision work
