Kanter Coated Pistons

Kanter Auto offers coated engine pistons for hundreds of applications, including many Ford, Mercury, Cadillac, Oldsmobile, Jeep, Willys, Chevrolet, Chrysler, DeSoto, Dodge, Plymouth, Buick, Pontiac, and American Motors vehicles from the 1940s, '50s, '60s, and '70s. These cast aluminum replacements feature a high performance, anti-friction coating designed to extend engine life, reduce scuffing, and improve sealing. This coating is applied using an advanced process that minimizes blow-by and noise, especially during cold starts. The coating can be beneficial for classic and high performance vehicles, particularly those with a history of overheating, detonation, or scuffing.
