Improved Racing Mustang oil filter relocation radiator hoses are direct-fit replacements for Ford Mustang GTs (1996-2004) with a 4.6L Mod Motor and aftermarket oil filter relocation adapter block. These hoses are the only direct-fit, no-hassle solution for this application on the market! They connect the factory radiator and coolant expansion tank directly to aftermarket oil filter adapters with a 1.75 in. water neck.
