ICT Billet Crankshaft Adapter Sleeves

ICT Billet offers crankshaft adapter sleeves for a variety of applications, including many Chevy small block engine applications from 1997 and up. These steel spacers are designed to properly mate older GM transmissions (such as the TH350, TH400, 700R4, 4L60E, and Powerglide) to modern GM LS or LT series engines.

* How they work:
When swapping a classic transmission into an LS/LT vehicle, the engine's crankshaft has a larger center hole (pilot bore) than the torque converter's snout. The adapter sleeve slips into the rear of the crankshaft, bridging the gap to reduce the inner diameter.

* Prevents drivetrain damage: By ensuring a tight, centered fit, it prevents the torque converter from wobbling, which protects the transmission pump and input shaft from premature wear or catastrophic failure
* No modifications required: They are precision-machined to drop directly into the rear flange of the crankshaft, requiring no permanent changes to the engine or the transmission
* Broad compatibility: The sleeves generally work with all Gen III, IV, and V LS and LT series engines (with the exception of some early 1999-2000 6.0L engines)
