Howards Cams Big Mama Rattler Camshaft and Lifter Kits
Howards Cams Big Mama Rattler camshaft and lifter kits are high performance valvetrain upgrades designed for street/strip applications. They're known for producing a very aggressive, "lopey" idle while improving power and throttle response. These kits feature high-grade CNC-ground cams (often with .480-.600 in.+ lift) and matched lifters designed for 2,000–5,900+ rpm.
Additional details:
* Aggressive sound: Specifically designed for a distinct, rough idle
* Application: Available in hydraulic flat tappet and hydraulic roller (including retro-fit) for Chevy, Ford, Pontiac, and Oldsmobile
* Usually requires 9.0:1+ compression and a 2,500+ stall converter
