This hood is designed as a lift-off unit--there are no provisions for hinges or latches. Harwood fiberglass products are handmade. Fitting, trimming and final prep work prior to painting is necessary to ensure proper fit and finish. Minor scratches are common during manufacturing, packaging and shipping.

Whether you want to draw more air into your engine, lose some front-end weight, or you just want a cool looking hood, these Harwood fiberglass lift-off hoods are the way to go. They come in a variety of great styles, from cowl induction to Ram Air. Most of the hoods provide extra carburetor and engine clearance, as well as increased airflow. These lift-off hoods are Harwood's lightest offerings and require the use of aftermarket mounting fasteners and hardware. These hoods aren't designed to work with factory hinges or latches.
