ATK High Performance GM LM7/LS1 347CI Stage 1 engine 500 hp long block crate engines offer streetable horsepower—producing big mid- to upper-end power with a noticeable idle. The ATK LM7/LS1 engines are designed for individuals that may have their own component parts already, and who may also have an interest in completing out the engine build themselves.
Typically ATK GM LM7/LS1 347CI 500 hp base engines consist of:
* LM7 5.3L Gen 3 block
* OE GM reground crankshaft
* Forged I-beam connecting rods
* Forged pistons
* Piston rings
* Hydraulic roller camshaft
* CNC-ported cathedral port cylinder heads
* OE rocker arms with trunnion upgrade
* Oil galley plugs installed and sealed
All LS long blocks will include:
* LS2 lifter trays
* LS7 high-rev lifters
* Melling high-pressure oil pump
* SA Gear billet timing chain with 9 keyway adjustment
