Gen-Y Hammer Strap Hitch Mounts

Gen-Y offers hammer strap hitch mounts for both 2 in. and 2.5 in. square ball-mount style applications. These components are machined from steel with a protective black powdercoat—and are designed for use with a 1.25 in. hammer strap pin. The parts are used to connect implements to a tractor's drawbar or truck's receiver hitch. Unlike a simple pin hitch, a hammer strap forms a clevis-like enclosure, providing more secure and often easier attachment by holding a single piece extending from the implement. This design distributes stress better and allows for simpler hook-up without leaving the cab, especially when towing heavy equipment.
