Extreme mud racers need incredible parts—like an FTI Performance Mud Series Powerglide Level 5.5 transmission. These wicked units are capable of handling up to 2,200 hp, making them ideal for blowers or multi-stage nitrous. They start life with SFI-certified aftermarket cases, and then add all-new internal parts, including a billet aluminum valve body, a 10-clutch drum, and a 1.80 or 1.69 straight-cut gear planetary.
VASCO ring-less input and 300M output shafts scream strength, while a deep aluminum pan helps keep parts cool. Hand-built to extreme tolerances, FTI Mud Series Powerglide Level 5.5 transmissions are available in one- or two-gear models, standard or shorty length.
