Ford Performance Parts 5.0L 4V Cobra Jet Intake Manifolds
Pack some more power into your Coyote-powered Mustang with Ford Performance Parts 5.0L 4V Cobra Jet intake manifolds. These manifolds were original equipment on 2013 Mustang Cobra Jet factory race cars and are proven to give you power increases without sacrificing torque. They are constructed from lightweight composite material that is extremely durable, even under racing conditions, but is still compatible with production fuel rails. To beef up the power band, the engineers at Ford Performance Parts utilized the larger GT500/Cobra Jet throttle body and optimized the runners to make peak power at 7,750 rpm, making your car a beast at the track. Don't mess around with unproven parts when you can get track-proven results with Ford Performance Parts 5.0L 4V Cobra Jet intake manifolds.
Additional features include:
* Significant power increase above the M-9424-M50BR Ford Performance Parts Boss 302 intake manifold with no loss of torque
* Total intake volume 635 cubic inches
* Designed and tested to 20+ psi
* O-ring intake gaskets included
* Requires throttle body M-9926-MSVT, M-9926-CJ65, or M-9926-SCJ
* Requires Cobra Jet 5.0L Cold Air Kit M-9603-M50CJ to mate to oval throttle body
* Mustang GT requires installation kit M-9444-M50B or equivalent (inlet hose in kit not used)
* Not compatible with strut tower brace
* CJ inlet tube does not have provisions for aspirator tube hook up common to automatic-equipped 2011-14 Mustang GT
* Calibration is necessary to prevent engine damage!
