Forgeline One-Piece Monoblock Series GA1R Open Lug Custom-Order Wheels

Perhaps the most advanced wheel that Forgeline has ever made, the fully forged one-piece GA1R open lug custom-order racing wheels deliver a trifecta of greatness—strength, stiffness, and lightweight performance—thanks to 6061-T6 aluminum monoblock forgings, I-beamed spokes, and Forgeline engineering. Made from the same forgings and shared design as the normal GA1R, the open lug version has even more material machined from the center area for additional weight reduction and improved access to the lugs, as well as the omission of the center cap. Depending on size and offset, the changes can save an additional pound of mass from each wheel! These wheels are designed for racing, engineered with a 2,100 lb. street-tire load rating (per wheel) to ensure strength and integrity—even when subjected to the massive loads encountered on the stickiest race tires.

The GA1R Open Lug is produced using our traditional forging method from 6061-T6 aluminum. It is currently available in 18, 19, 20, and 21-inch sizes with a range of widths and offsets. (Please Note: Depending on size, the GA1R Open Lug may be available in deep, medium, or shallow concave profiles.) And just like any Forgeline wheel, the GA1R Open Lug is available with fully customizable finish options. Call Summit Racing to special order your wheels!

* VEHICLE TAILORED FITMENTS:
Custom made-to-order means that Forgeline engineers and builds every set of forged wheels one-at-a-time from scratch for each individual customer and each unique vehicle application. This consists of not only building the style of wheel and finish color that you want, but also delivering custom sizes and fitments to best match your vehicle and your intended application. Within the limits determined by the wheel style and the forging from which it is made, in most cases, Forgeline can create a custom size, lug pattern, and backspace/offset to create the perfect fitment for almost any application!

* CUSTOM FINISHING:
Every Forgeline forged wheel is individually custom finished in-house at its Dayton, Ohio manufacturing facility. This resource-intensive process starts with a painstaking hand-grinding, sanding, and inspection process—and concludes with a high-quality hand-applied powdercoat that is more consistent and more durable than what would otherwise be possible with a mass-produced alternative. Virtually any color is available, including a large selection of in-stock color options.
