ICEngineworks 1500 NP Series Modeling Block Add-On Kits

ICEngineworks 1500 NP Series modeling block add-on kits are modular expansion packs of 20 or 40 interlocking plastic pieces designed to extend the capabilities of an existing ICEngineworks exhaust fabrication system.

Core purpose and function:

* Exhaust prototyping: They allow fabricators to physically mock up complex 1 1/2 in. nominal pipe (NPS) turbo manifolds and custom headers in real time
* Material savings: By snapping the ABS plastic blocks together to route around engine bay obstacles, builders can test-fit and perfect a design before cutting expensive metal U-bends or weld elbows
* Precise blueprinting: Each block represents a specific arc length or angle with built-in index marks, serving as a physical blueprint to record cut lists and angles

Kit variations:

* Add-on sets provide extra quantities of specific components rather than a full assortment. They are tailored to the 1 1/2 in. Nominal Pipe (1.900 in. O.D.) sizing standard and are available in specific configurations:
-- Straight pieces: 1/2 in. or 1 in. lengths
-- Radius bends: Specific centerline radii (CLR)—such as 1 1/2 in. CLR or 2 1/4 in. CLR—in 15-degree or 30-degree increments
