ICEngineworks 2250 EH Series modeling block add-on kits are 20-piece expansion sets of red ABS plastic modular blocks designed to help fabricators layout and mock up custom 2 1/4 in. O.D. exhaust headers.
Key features and purpose:
* Scale and function: Each individual block represents a 1 in. arc length of tubing, making it easy to calculate tuned primary lengths and primary runner geometry
* Radius choices: The 20-piece add-on sets are available in specific configurations—such as 1 in. straight segments or curved sections with 3, 4, or 6 in. centerline radii (CLR)
* System expansion: They are purchased to supplement larger basic or pro starter kits when a builder runs out of a particular shape or radius while routing complex pipes around tight engine bay obstacles
* Stepped headers: The blocks snap securely together and are compatible with other sizes in the EH series, allowing builders to accurately mock up stepped header configurations
